Refund Policy

Digital Product

The AI Mind Analysis is a digital product generated specifically for your trading simulation results. Each report is personalized and created on demand using AI, tailored to your trader archetype, the specific decisions you made during the session, and the behavioral patterns observed.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our reports, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The report content is substantially incomplete or corrupted
• A duplicate charge occurred
• You purchased credits but never redeemed any of them and the purchase was within the 14-day window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

• Your email address used during purchase
• The date of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You simply changed your mind after receiving the report
• You disagree with the AI-generated archetype, rules, or process adjustments (these are behavioral observations from your simulation, not guaranteed outcomes)
• You experienced trading losses in real markets after applying the report's suggestions (BrainTicker is an educational and self-assessment tool, not financial advice — see our Terms of Service)
• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
• Both credits in a 1+1 pack have been redeemed (the second credit is intended for a future retake and counts as fully delivered once the first report is generated)

Free Components

The trading psychology simulation, your archetype reveal, behavioral callouts, and 3 starter rules are completely free. No payment is required to take the simulation and view your free results. Only the personalized AI Mind Analysis is a paid product.
